No credit card? No problem.
- Download this "Quick
Enrollment" form (PDF, 97k).
- Print the form and fill it out in clear legible handwriting. Be sure to include
all mandatory information.
- Then follow the instructions on the form and mail it along with your check for
the $40 registration fee to

As soon as we receive your registration form, we'll set up an online account for
you and you can get started right away just as if you had signed up online.
Raise funds for the YES! for High Schools Program
Option 1:
Do it all online. Your online account enables you to quickly invite your friends
and family to visit your pledge page and support you in your fundraising drive.
They can donate online from the secure donations page or download a "Donate by Check"
form and mail it in along with their donation check.
Option 2:
Do it face-to-face.
Download the "Paper
Pledge" form (PDF, 106K).
Collect your donations from your supporters, list them on the form, and mail the
checks along with the form to:

Online donations show up instantly on your pledge page. Donations made by check
will be processed by us as soon as we receive them and your pledge page will be
automatically updated.
International Association for Human Values is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit
organization. All donations are 100% tax-deductible! Your donors will receive an
email confirmation from IAHV as a receipt of their charitable donation that can
be used for their tax purposes.
