As part of our Yogathon drive, we are conducting
FREE Yoga for Fitness workshops
to promote yoga as a healthy lifestyle choice which provides immense all-round benefits
to mind and body. Join us at any one of the workshops around the Bay Area. Each
workshop -- typically 1.5 to 2 hours -- consists of a yoga session in which participants
experience first-hand how yoga helps to:
- build strength and flexibility
- tone the body
- calm the mind
- increase energy and vitality
Beginner to seasoned yogi -- everyone is welcome! No prior experience is required. You will be guided by our expert yoga instructors.
